Hello! I'm Indiah. I’m a jack-of-all-trades artist based in Magandjin. I work predominantly in theatre but my practice stretches across, between and beyond a variety of different disciplines.

I am a self-diagnosed maximalist, lover of colour, light and juicy language. I enjoy weaving together vibrant and intentional worlds on the page and stage.

REBIRTH

  • There’s a confidence in Indiah Morris’ direction that lets absurdity and honesty coexist on stage. The pacing is flawless, and the transitions often feel like their own narrative beats that blur the line between scene and interlude. Nothing is wasted, and every movement feels integral to the world.

  • “Indiah Morris and Matias Nuñez particularly impressed as Small and Big, the former giving a wonderfully nuanced performance of a young woman rapidly losing herself to dementia.”

  • “I just hope that audiences have the opportunity to experience Hello Stranger again—and in particular to experience Indiah Morris’ performance, where the tragic journey from lover to patient was portrayed with a raw honesty and poignancy.”

  • “Intricately woven, utterly impressive, and a crash-course in ancestral healing. Shelter deserves all the success it has had commercially and critically, as well as the success I am sure is coming in the near-future.”
